Entry for this event is free. But there are limited seats, so you will need to request a spot to be able to attend.

Where is the event located?

The event will be at ARTIS Groote Museum, (Plantage Middenlaan 41, 1018 DC Amsterdam). Easily accessible via car or pubilc transportation.

What should I bring to the event?

Please bring a valid ID for registration, business cards for networking, and a laptop if you plan to participate in hands-on workshops. We'll provide notebooks, pens, and all event materials.

Is there accommodation assistance?

We have partnered with a nearby hotel, Hotel Arena, to provide a discount code to stay there for one night. When you are registered for the event you will be provided with a discount code.

Will the sessions be recorded?

No. There will be camera teams to get an impression of the event but they will not record entire sessions.

Are meals provided?

Yes, we provide lunch, along with morning coffee and afternoon refreshments. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions during registration.
