How long does a typical implementation take?
It depends on the scope. Together we define the scope,success criteria, and guide you through the process. We expect to live within 4-8 weeks, depending on system scope.
What if we're mid-contract with another provider?
We can plan and prepare everything in parallel so you're ready to switch the moment your contract ends. No gaps in coverage, no scramble at the last minute.
Who manages the implementation on your side?
Your customer success manager stays with you throughout our partnership. You have a person you know and supports your strategy and program enhancements. In addition, we have a dedicated support team that can help with any technical enquiries.
What does training look like for our team?
We deliver end to end a walkthrough of the system that is meaningful to you as an administrator. You get the confidence and insight to always reflect back on it when you need it.
