How is data privacy and security ensured
We use end-to-end encryption secure data centers (ISO 27001 certified), and adhere and other local privacy laws. Role-based access controls and audit trails are standard, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access sensitive information.
Where is SpeakUp data processed?
All data is exclusively process in the EU. Our main site is in Frankfurt, with a disaster recovery location in Paris.

Are reporters fully anonymous?
Yes. Our system is anonymous-first. Should reporters should to share their details, they can, but they do not have to. With any voice interaction, their voice is distorted to protect their confidentiality.
